Thank you for being here. I’m Léa (she/her), a first-generation Korean-Canadian, born in Korea and raised in Vancouver. I support individuals who are navigating life between cultures, carrying intergenerational stories, or feeling the quiet weight of not fully belonging.

The Korean word 이제 (ije) means "now" or "from now on." It reflects a belief that meaningful change begins in the present moment, not by erasing the past, but by meeting ourselves where we are, and taking steps toward where we want to go. At ije Counselling, I hope to offer a space for reflection, grounded in compassion, hope, and the possibilities that begin in the present moment.

Walk & Talk

Spending time outdoors can be grounding and soothing, a natural way to support your nervous system. For many, walking side by side in nature feels less intimidating than sitting across from someone in an office or speaking through a screen.
